Remember: your user-account will be a personal email address. Log into the Course Application & Enrolment portal using the email address you first registered with. 

Are you new to West College Scotland? Or, has it been a few years since you studied with us?

It’s quick and easy to create a user-account! However, to help ensure your application journey is as smooth as possible; here are a couple of very important notes ...

• If you are a school pupil who will be leaving school this year, we advise that you do not use your GLOW email address, in case you lose access to it before you enrol onto your course.
• We recommend using a personal email address (like @gmail.com, @outlook.com, or @icloud.com) that you can access throughout the application and enrolment process, and throughout your journey with us.
• If you are an employed student, you have the option to use the email address issued to you by your employer. 
• The email address you register with should be your own and only used by you when applying to West College Scotland. Delays with processing your application are likely if more than one person uses the same email address. We can help you set up your own email address if needed.
