1. If you have previously registered for an account but can't remember the username (email address) or password, please contact [email protected] - do not register a new account, as this will cause issues with any previous applications or enrolments.
2. Most of our courses require that you be aged 16+ on the course start date. There are exceptions and you can ask a Student Advisor about these. We also offer a range of courses in partnership with schools for school pupils (these courses are exclusively for school pupils).
3. If you register for a user-account, use an email address that you will have access to when you become a student of West College Scotland. The email address used to register your account will be your sign-in username for the purposes of monitoring your application progress and enrolling onto your course. For this reason, if you are a school leaver, we recommend that you do not register with us using a GLOW account, as access may be lost before you enrol onto your course.
